Vision, Passion, Calling:
Catalyzing pastoring of pastors movements. This expresses itself firstly in the SMPL or MAPI movement which serves as a foundation for a national movement in Brazil among the major denominations and city-wide pastors’ associations. By God’s grace, the Brazil experience can serve as a model for pastoring pastors movements in other countries.
Key verse:
"Keep watch over yourselves and all the flock of which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers. Be shepherds of the church of God, which he bought with his own blood” (NIV). “Now it’s up to you. Be on your toes – both for yourselves and your congregation of sheep. The Holy Spirit has put you in charge of these people – God’s people they are – to guard and protect them. God himself thought they were worth dying for” (The Message – Acts 20.28).
