Restoration Ministries (REVER - acronym in Portuguese for Restoring Lives, Equipping Restorers): restoring broken lives through three key strategies: prayer ministry for inner healing, Biblically-based twelve-step support groups and restoration ministry teams who network with trainers and state overseers.  This ministry includes a Brazilian network of state leaders; more than 140 restoration teams; a curriculum for training these teams; and books and tools in the area of restoring and renewing people with emotional wounds, chronic stress and overload, and relational problems.   Lay Counseling Team Ministry (TEMA - acronym in Portuguese for Training Ministry Teams for Counseling): offering basic training and tools for lay counseling teams in a local church and networking and supervision of those teams. Church Consulting Ministries: helps pastors and their leadership team evaluate the health of a church and the (lay) pastoral team, using diagnostic tools that lead to strategic planning for real change.  This includes mentoring the pastor and enabling him to find long-term mentoring options.
