Every
pastoral leader should excel in his relationships, especially
the seven key relationships of a leader
that shines. One of these seven is a small support
or accountability group that gets together regularly. Another is a relationship with a mentor or pastoral leader
with whom meetings would be less frequent, possibly every
6-8 weeks.
At
the same time that a pastor experiences pastoring or mentoring,
he should be offering this experience to his leaders, especially
his pastoral team. Several practical ways of doing
