Tools for Pastoring or Mentoring of Leaders
1. Self-Evaluation of Emotional Health
– permits an X-ray of a person’s present life situation on a single page. We have three versions:
2. Diagnostic Questionnaires for Leaders, Teams and Churches
3. Accountability Questions
4. GROW Mentoring Model – this simple, problem-solving model helps a mentee or someone seeking counseling within an hour’s time. It uses good questions to help the person discover their own solution. The acrostic indicates four steps: 1) Goal to be reached; 2) Reality or context of this goal; 3) Options or various ways that the goal could be accomplished and 4) Workplan, how to put it into practice.
